I have ended the daily post of curated links.

I am grateful to those of you who said you would be willing to pay for them. Unfortunately but not unexpectedly, there are too few of you willing to subscribe to justify the commitment required to take your money. At MarketWatch I helped build a subscription business and understand how expectations change once you are paying for content.

I will still post some links to Twitter @niubi and will continue writing blog posts here at Sinocism, with greater frequency.

Thanks for reading, sorry if this change inconveniences you, though for the majority I can’t imagine it is that big a deal since you didn’t think they were worth even 10 cents a day. Good thing I am not trying to make a living from a blog…
